If you cancel your annual Personal Alerts, Essentials or Premium subscription within a period of three months from the commencement date (or extended subscription date) of your membership you will only be charged for the period that has lapsed on the cost basis of a monthly plan (a higher monthly subscription fee), and the outstanding balance will be credited to your card. If you choose to terminate your membership in the latter half of the subscription year then your subscription will terminate and you will incur no further fees, you will receive no credit to your account balance, and your subscription will be accessible through the end of the subscription period.
For the monthly plans, we do not pro-rate or refund the monthly subscription which has already been paid. Therefore, your subscription will run through the end of the 31-day cycle, and going forward, you will not incur any further charges.
My Collection fees are non-refundable. Cancellations will become effective following the current annual billing period.
